Azmina Jasani
Azmina Jasani is Head of Commercial, Legal for EMEA at Sotheby’s.
Prior to joining Sotheby’s, Azmina was a Partner in the London office of Constantine Cannon LLP and focused her practice on Art and Cultural Property Law. Azmina is dual-qualified to practice law in New York and England and has over a decade’s experience representing artists, private and corporate collectors, galleries and dealers, auction houses, financial institutions and museums around the globe on contentious and non-contentious matters. Azmina began her legal career in New York, first as an associate at the law firm of Schulte Roth and Zabel, LLP and then at Withers, where she focused primarily on art litigation. Both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 have recognised Azmina as a leading art and cultural property law expert. In addition to sitting on the Board of U.K. and U.S. PAIAM, Azmina sits on the Board of Trustees for the Swiss Cultural Fund, U.K., a charity dedicated to supporting emerging artists.
