PAIAM Members' Event - Museum of London

Wednesday 7 March 2018

The first PAIAM event for 2018 was held at the Museum of London where approximately 60 members met to learn about the association’s plans for the coming year.

Antonia Kimbell, PAIAM Chair, announced changes to the UK Board. The members joining the board are: Freya Simms, Director of Golden Squared Consulting, Fiona Graham, partner and private client, tax and trust lawyer at Boodle Hatfield, Gregor Kleinknecht partner in dispute resolution and business services at Hunters Solicitors and Cecilia Fletcher, Sotheby’s Compliance Counsel, Europe.

They replace three outgoing members including the association’s founder, Pierre Valentin of Constantine Cannon, Wendy Philips, Deputy Chair and Head of Tax and Heritage at Sotheby’s, and Melanie Cassoff of Freelands Foundation.

Antonia Kimbell said: ‘We are delighted to have recruited such prominent figures in the Art Market to join our board and we look forward to working with them. They will help us to continue our work to promote the association outwardly, to further drive opportunities to our members by way of traffic to a new website, where specialist knowledge and expertise can be resourced through our members’ directory and knowledge databases. We are sorry to say goodbye to Pierre, Wendy and Melanie but thank them for their vision, passion and drive to make the association what it is today’.
